Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Deposits and Payments

Payment schedules will be outlined within the project proposal, contract, or invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Late payments may be subject to finance charges, collection costs, attorney fees, and other remedies permitted by law.

Permits and Regulatory Approvals

Permit timelines are outside the control of AquaCraft Docks & Seawalls and may impact project schedules.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, customers remain responsible for:

  • Boundary and survey verification

AquaCraft Docks & Seawalls is not responsible for delays caused by permitting agencies or regulatory reviews.

Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Environmental restrictions

Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the project site.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Identifying known property boundaries
  • Providing access to the waterfront work area
  • Removing personal property from construction zones
  • Identifying known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or private infrastructure
  • Securing pets and personal belongings

AquaCraft Docks & Seawalls is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed site conditions.

Warranty

AquaCraft Docks & Seawalls provides workmanship warranties as outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Manufacturer warranties for materials, lifts, pilings, decking, hardware, and related products are provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Hurricanes
  • Tropical storms
  • Flooding
  • Erosion
  • Vessel impacts
  • Acts of nature
  • Improper use
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by third parties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaCraft Docks & Seawalls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
